Paperwork done before the crew shows up.

Jobs, crews, field reports, billing and payroll in one place. The AI reads every email, text and voice note, files it to the right job and drafts the next step. You check it and send it.

For electrical, mechanical, plumbing and specialty contractors.

The foreman's phone in dark mode.

Every message lands on the right job.

Emails from GCs, texts from the crew, calls, voice notes and photos of T&M tags. The AI reads each one, files it to its job and drafts what comes next, from the reply to the delay notice.

  • Crews text in their own language

Raj writes in Punjabi. You read it in English, with the original one tap away.

  • It asks when it isn't sure

A voice note about “the Burnaby job” could be two jobs, so it asks you which one. 3 of today's 19 are waiting on that answer.

  • You press send

Replies, RFIs and notices wait as drafts next to the message they answer. Nothing goes to a GC until you send it.

A day on Brentwood Tower

Follow one job in the demo account from the 6:00 AM brief to the claim at month end. The AI reads, files and drafts as the day goes. You check its work and decide.

  1. 6:00 AM

    The brief is waiting

Overnight the AI read every text, email and timesheet. The brief says 20 things need you, 4 of your 13 jobs are at risk, and GCs owe you $788,106, with $262,510 late.

Home: the 6:00 AM brief, a composer and the Needs you list.
  2. 7:00 AM

    Crews clock in

13 people are on the clock on 5 jobs. The AI flags a missed clock-out, and when Raj forgets his cost code it suggests one from the text he sent this morning.

Time: 13 on the clock on 5 jobs, with 7 hours the AI flagged to check.
  3. 9:30 AM

    The job's status writes itself

Open Brentwood Tower and the summary is already there: 46 devices went in yesterday, L3 lost 2 hours waiting on framing, and the delay notice to Halden was due Thursday.

The Brentwood Tower job page: stage, health, contract and where it stands.
  4. 2:20 PM

Extra work becomes a change order

The crew writes up a T&M tag on site. Change orders shows what's signed, priced and pending, and the AI drafts each notice before its deadline: CE-N-014 has 2 working days left.

Change orders on Brentwood Tower: $31K approved, $17.2K pending, $3.9K in unsigned tags, 2 notices due.
  5. 4:30 PM

    Hours checked before payroll

The AI compares every clock with the daily report. Kulwinder's clock says 9.5 h and the report says 8 h, so that one waits for you. The clean weeks go through in one tap.

Payroll: this pay run, built from approved timesheets.
  6. Month end

    The progress claim, with holdback

The claim to Halden picks up the work done and the signed change orders. Holdback is kept on every pay certificate: $73.7K held on Brentwood so far, and $30.6K due Nov 5.

Job financials: billed, paid, holdback held and owed on Brentwood Tower.

Made for the foreman's phone.

Your foreman talks and the AI writes it up, filed to the right job. The office gets daily reports, hours and site notes without chasing anyone.

  • The plan is there at 6:00 AM

Who's on site, who's off and what each person does first, written before the crew gets there.

  • Talk instead of typing

Hold the big button and say what happened. It becomes the daily report, the timesheets or a T&M tag for someone to confirm.

  • Clock in the whole crew from the truck

One tap for everyone on site. Hours land on the right job, ready for payroll.

It drafts the work and a person approves it. Everything it does is on the record with where it came from, and the rules of where you work are built in.

Rules it follows

BC, Canada
  • Holdback on every progress claim

Called retainage in the US. $73.7K held on Brentwood Tower so far.

  • Notice deadlines in working days

Weekends and holidays don't count. CE-N-014 has 2 left.

  • WorkSafeBC injury rules on timesheets

The day of an injury is paid by the employer, not the claim.

  • Every draft shows its source

The email, text or photo it came from is one tap away.

  • A person OKs what goes out

Replies, notices and payments wait until someone approves them.

  • Anything can be taken back

Every AI change is in the trail, with who approved it.

  • Each role sees its own

Field crews never see financials or payroll.

Common questions

Short answers about setup, your crew and the AI.

Who is it for?

Trade contractors: electrical, mechanical, plumbing, glazing and other specialty subs with roughly 5 to 100+ people in the field. It's built around how a sub works with a GC: RFIs, change orders, T&M tags, progress claims and holdback.

Do I have to replace my accounting software?

No. It syncs with QuickBooks, Xero and Sage 50, so your bookkeeper keeps working in the books they use today.

Will my crew actually use it?

The phone side is made for the foreman: today's plan, a big voice-note button, clock in the crew, log the day. They can talk instead of typing and text in their own language. Field crews never see financials.

What does the AI do on its own, and what waits for me?

It reads incoming emails, texts and voice notes, files each one to the right job and drafts the next step: a reply, a change notice, a daily report, a cost code for someone's hours. Anything that goes to a GC or touches money waits for you to check and send. Every change it makes shows where it came from and can be taken back.

Who can see what, and is my data safe?

Access is set by role: owner, PM, office and foreman. Field crews never see financials. During setup we walk every beta company through where its data is stored and who can reach it, before anything is brought in.

What does it cost?

Nothing during the private beta. We'll share pricing before the beta ends, and you decide then whether to keep going.

Can you bring in what we have now?

Yes. During setup we bring in your jobs, crews and cost codes from spreadsheets, QuickBooks or whatever you use today.

Do you work in the US as well as Canada?

Yes. Progress claims carry holdback in Canada and retainage in the US, and the beta is open to contractors in both countries.
